My qualifications include a Level 3 Personal Trainer certificate, Level 3 Gym Instructor certificate, Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science.

From the Pitch to the Gym Floor
My passion for performance started young. At just 15 years old I joined Hull FC, working my way through the scholarship programme and into the academy. Then in 2023, I made my Super League debut — the proudest moment of my life, and proof that hard work, discipline, and belief in the process genuinely pays off. I am now playing for Midlands Hurricanes.
Training in a professional rugby environment alongside elite coaches didn’t just shape me as an athlete — it shaped me as a coach. I know what it takes to push past your limits, stay consistent when motivation dips, and show up every single day with purpose. That’s the standard I bring to every client I work with.
